Definitions:

“Client” means any person or organisation dealing with the Studio or any agent, representative, servant, employee, or subcontractor of such person or organisation.

“Equipment” means all fixtures and fittings and all equipment situated in or provided by The Studio.

“The Studio” means the location which is: iD Podcast Studios, 203-213 Mare Street, Unit 204, London, E8 3JS.

1. Reservations and Payment

• The Client must book the studio in advance to ensure availability.
• The Client can cancel or reschedule their reservation up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payment through our website, by credit card. No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused time.
• The Client must make reservations in advance to use our podcast studio. Reservations can be made through our website, by email, or by phone. We recommend that you make a reservation as early as possible to secure the desired time slot.

2. Use of Equipment and Facilities

• Clients must use the equipment and facilities provided by the studio for recording purposes only.
• Clients are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment or facilities during their session.
• Clients must use the equipment and facilities in a safe and responsible manner.
• The Client grants permission to iD Podcast Studios to charge The Client card for said damages.

3. Recording and Distribution

• iD Podcast Studios may have the right to use the podcast for promotional purposes unless the client specifies otherwise.

4. Liability and Insurance

• The studio is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of property that may occur during a recording session.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining their own liability and insurance coverage for their podcast.
• Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless iD Podcast Studios and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of their use of our podcast studio.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

• The studio may have the right to use the client’s name and podcast title for promotional purposes unless the client specifies otherwise.
• The studio may have the right to use the client’s recordings from the session and podcast title for promotional purposes unless the client specifies otherwise.

6. Termination and Refusal of Service

• The studio may refuse service to any client who violates the terms and conditions or behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
• The studio may terminate a recording session at any time if a client violates the terms and conditions or behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.
• The studio may retain any deposits or payments made by a client who violates the terms and conditions or behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.

Please do not:

• Drag heavy items across the floor (instead, ask a member of staff to help you lift and move them to avoid damage to the floor)
• Move any of the Equipment without referring with a member of staff first.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
